Williams to celebrate Maldonado signing with Venezuela run: "Williams have announced they will run their 2010 FW32 in Venezuela next week. The demonstration, which will be held on January 14, is being staged to mark Venezuelan-born Pastor Maldonado's recent confirmation as a Williams race driver for the forthcoming 2011 season.
“I'm so happy the team are coming to Venezuela,” said Maldonado. “To be given the opportunity of driving a Formula One car in front of my fellow countrymen is going to be something very special. We will definitely put on a good show for everyone who attends. This feels like giving something back to the people who have supported my career and put their faith in me over the years.”"
