France: Kentucky gridlock can't happen again: "The mammoth traffic tie-up that marred Saturday night's inaugural Sprint Cup race at Kentucky Speedway -- gridlock so bad that some fans never reached the event -- cannot happen again, NASCAR chairman Brian France said."
